“Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Deck on the river great. Gap in window screens prevented opening windows. Outside deck chairs rickety, wobbly and low to the ground while table height was shoulder height. Check-in difficult, I didn’t realize I had to do it on expedia. Never did complete the check-in process.”

“The motel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was lacking several basic amenities. The TV and the ice machine were both not working, and the room did not have a blow dryer or a coffee maker. While the staff made a positive impression, the maintenance issues and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these issues are addressed because the customer service was good.”

“We were greeted by two adorable young ladies (probably in their teens), welcoming smiles. The property is wonderful, clean, large rooms, large bathrooms and everything was immaculate. We would have spend a second night but needed to move on. The property is near the local 24 laundry which is also clean, and a couple local restaurants. Highly recommend”

“This is an older motel and it shows in the room we stayed in. It was functioning and pet friendly and was just great for one night. Needs a bit of freshening up but did have micro and fridge, also Directv but most of the channels did not work.”

“This was one of the most upsetting hotel experiences we have ever had. We travel almost every month and often stay at Hilton hotels. We frequently book an extra night so we can arrive early the next morning instead of waiting until the afternoon. We have done this many times through Hilton and Expedia, and no hotel has ever canceled our fully paid reservation without contacting us first. This time, we paid for four nights instead of three. After traveling from another state, we arrived……

“I’ve never stayed at a hotel before where there was not enough hot water for one shower. When I talked to the front desk, they did call maintenance right away. However, we had two rooms booked and all six of us had cold showers after a day of hiking. It was not a pleasant experience.”
